Kelsey is a video production specialist, marketing maven, and multimedia storyteller with a flare for innovative information sharing, remote filming, and cross-cultural communication.
Background
As the Marketing Manager for UPSWING Foundation, Kelsey administers softwares, directs marketing strategy, and produces and disseminates multimedia content across all facets of the foundation to maintain workflows, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness, while engaging audiences through unique, visual stories focused on the youth athletes they impact.
Kelsey earned a first class honors M.A. Broadcast Production at the Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology in Ireland, and received honors and distinction from Colorado State University with a B.A. Journalism and Media Communication and a triple minor in music; political science; and music, stage and sports production.
Previously, she was the Content Marketing Manager for Volio Imports where she managed content strategy across 50+ fine wine brands in Italy, France, and Spain, for 45+ US markets. She developed content posted to Mary J. Blige’s personal Instagram account for her 2022 Super Bowl Halftime performance (1.1M accounts reached), and ran Sun Goddess social ads with 89K+ impressions.
Kelsey's other roles include: Content & Brand Experience Manager at Grit Digital Health, where she was the master of content for 9+ digital health solutions across audiences like responders, veterans, and 150+ US campuses; Marketing and Communications Specialist at INTO CSU where she worked with English language learners, international students, and regional agents from around the world; Multimedia Coordinator for Semester at Sea's Fall 2017 voyage where she spent 106 Days sailing to 10 Countries, 13 Cities, and 4 Continents while creating 42 videos as a one-woman production.
Kelsey has had a variety of internships in Zagreb, Croatia; Dublin, Ireland; and Fort Collins, Colorado. In college, she worked as the Student Video Productions Manager at Rocky Mountain Student Media Corporation, Teaching Assistant in Media Ethics and Issues at CSU, DJ for KCSU 90.5FM, a member of the Rocky Mountain Collegian’s digital media team, and Ram Productions live-event crew.
Kelsey was on the Dean's List from Fall 2011-2015, was a member of the CSU honor’s program, and is a recipient of the Irish Homecoming Study Programme, Green and Gold, and CSU Honors scholarships. As a singer-songwriter, she's also released her own album, "Colorado Sky" by Kelsey Arline. She is setting out to share her passion with the world one frame at a time.
